Individual Therapy
I offer therapy for adults who may be managing work, study, relationships, family, or caring responsibilities while privately feeling anxious, self-critical, exhausted, or unsure why the same difficulties keep returning.
You might be used to being capable, composed, or responsive to others, while setting aside your own feelings in order to keep going. Over time, this can affect your relationships, sense of self, emotional life, and capacity to know what you need or want.
Therapy offers a space to slow down and think more deeply about what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we can explore the patterns shaping your self-worth, relationships, emotions, grief, and ways of coping.
Therapy aims to understand not only what is happening, but why it keeps happening.
About
Psychodynamic & attachment-informed psychologist
I am a Melbourne-based psychologist who offers a thoughtful, relational space to slow down and make sense of what has been difficult to understand alone. My work is psychodynamic and attachment-informed, and I approach symptoms and patterns as meaningful, often protective, attempts to manage something difficult that can be understood together.
I aim to provide a space that encourages you to explore parts of yourself or your experience that are challenging, unfamiliar, or hard to shift. Therapy may be more focused around a particular concern, or a longer-term space for exploring recurring patterns in greater depth.
I have particular interests in perinatal mental health, grief and loss, and the emotional and identity changes that can arise during pregnancy, postpartum, fertility experiences, pregnancy loss, early parenthood, and other significant life transitions.
Before training as a psychologist, I worked as cabin crew. I am also passionate about supporting people in the airline industry and other roles requiring sustained performance, composure, adaptability, and emotional labour, particularly where these demands affect identity, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.
Clinical Background
My clinical background includes work across inpatient, outpatient, community, and private practice settings with people experiencing a range of mental health presentations.

-
Yes, I am currently accepting new clients.
I offer appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, subject to availability.
-
I typically offer weekly sessions, depending on individual needs. Regularity can support continuity, depth, and momentum in the work.
Therapy may be more focused or longer-term depending on your needs. Some people seek therapy for a more specific concern and benefit from a focused period of work (10-20 sessions). Others come with difficulties that are longstanding, recurring, or complex, where longer-term psychotherapy may be more appropriate. We can discuss what may be most useful for you in the first few sessions.
I do not offer monthly or ad hoc sessions for new clients.
-
The first few sessions involve an initial, collaborative assessment. This includes exploring what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and relevant aspects of your history, and deciding whether working together feels like a good fit. We will then discuss the most appropriate plan moving forward.
